    A short note with names, dates, and any preferences. No calendar integration, no software to install.

    We confirm each occasion.

    A few days ahead of each birthday or anniversary, we check in to confirm delivery details. Anything not confirmed simply does not happen.

  3. 03

    A pastry arrives.

    Baked carefully ahead of time, packed in a Belvedere box with a handwritten card from the team if you would like one. Delivered in greater Los Angeles, or available for pickup at our market tables, Sundays in Brentwood and Thursdays in Century City.

Ten pastries per quarter, included. We pack what we have in the assortment that week, and you can pick and choose between our boxes. Extras at cost. Coordination and delivery within Los Angeles, all in the rate card we share when we open the gate.

  1. Do you deliver, or is this pickup?

    Pilot delivery covers greater Los Angeles. The default is a morning delivery to your office or the recipient's address on the day of the occasion. Pickup is available at our market tables: Brentwood on Sundays 9 to 2, Century City on Thursdays 10 to 2.

  2. Which pastries are offered?

    Sachertorte, Linzeraugen cookies (with apricot or strawberry jam), marble cake, Turkish apple cookies, coconut macaroons, and oat cookies (with chocolate chips or cranberries). Pilot teams can request specific items with at least one week's notice. Dietary notes (nut-free, no rum, no alcohol) are honored.

  3. When does the pilot open?

    Quietly in fall 2026, with five to seven founding teams in Los Angeles. The waitlist below is the gate. We will write before any public announcement.
